The Windhouse is located on the Silver Coast, at a 7-minute drive from Areia Branca Beach and 20-minute drive from the Peniche centre, which features a connection with the sunny Berlengas Island.This 1-bedroom mill is made up of 3 floors. It features a private bathroom with hydromassage shower, an equipped kitchenette and a dining table. There is also a living room with a DVD player, flat-screen cable TV and a sofa bed.Guests of the Windhouse are welcome to prepare their meals comfortably in the equipped kitchenette at their disposal.
Besides the windmill it self there is an out area with barbecue, outside oven and swimingpool, as well as bikes and ping pong table. The centre of Lourinhã is a 7-minute drive away and features a multitude of restaurants, cafés and bars for guests to explore.This traditional windmill has a rustic feel and décor, while being surrounded by a green, natural landscape.
The nearby beach offers plenty of activities for guests to enjoy such as surfing, swimming, windsurfing or walking across the long boardwalk.Berlengas Island is a popular tourist destination and has a camping site, beach, hiking trails and boat tours across the island. Óbidos is a 22-minute drive away and features traditional cobbled streets, medieval walls and shops selling the typical Ginjinha beverage.The Lisbon International Airport is a 1-hour drive from the Windhouse.
